Balkana 2008: Art Without Boundaries

8/7/2008 - From July 21 – 25, 2008 Survivor Corps hosted the fourth annual Balkana Regional Art Colony on the shores of Balkana Lake in Mrkonjic Grad, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Final Countdown - Just Weeks Until the Disability Rights Convention Becomes Law

April 3, 2008 – Ecuador has announced that they will ratify the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on Thursday, April 3 2008, fulfilling the twenty ratifications necessary for the convention to enter into force within the next thirty days.
